The Agreement This Privacy Policy Agreement constitutes the entire privacy policy agreement and understanding between you, the individual, and AWS Telecoms Ltd (the Parties), with respect to its subject matter and replaces all previous agreements between, or understandings by, the Parties with respect to such subject matter.

General AWS Telecoms Ltd takes your privacy seriously and takes reasonable precautions to safeguard the personal information you supply to it.  AWS Telecoms Ltd reserves the right to amend its privacy policy without notice.

Data Protection AWS Telecoms Ltd, data hosting and data management company are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998.

Data to be Collected and Uses of the Data AWS Telecoms Ltd collects data about you, and in some cases your interests and subjects you would like to receive communications about. This information is used to assist third-parties in communicating with you about their products and services.

Collection of Data through "Cookies" When you access any of our web sites we will use what are called "Session Cookies" in order to keep track of your movements through our Web site and to move you faster between individual web pages. The 'Session Cookies' only operate for the duration of the visit to the Web site. After you have left our Web site we do not leave any cookies on your hard drive.

Registration Though Third-parties The collection of data by AWS Telecoms Ltd through registration on third-party web sites, through telephone surveys, mobile communications and other methods of contact and opt-in. This will invariably lead to your data also being held and used by that third-party.

Provision of Your Data to Third Parties AWS Telecoms Ltd collects your name and address, landline telephone, email address, mobile/SMS number and other details in order that third-parties may provide you with offers and communications by post, email or telephone, and mobile/pda device using voice, multimedia message, SMS/text or other mobile communication channel. Your data may be released to them for this purpose.

Provision of Your Data for Enhancement Purposes Your data may be provided to clients of AWS Telecoms Ltd to be appended to information they already hold about you for the purpose of contacting you with information about their products and services.

Use of Your Data for Analytical and Statistical Purposes Your data together with that of other subscribers to AWS Telecoms Ltd may be aggregated at Postcode or other levels for the building of statistical and analytical tables. At no time will your data be individually identifiable in such tables.

Identification When communicating with you or allowing a third-party to communicate with you, and where it is deemed appropriate or legal requirements dictate, AWS Telecoms Ltd shall identify itself to you as “AWS Telecoms” or its trading division name (at the top of this document). Furthermore, AWS Telecoms Ltd may shorten its identifying name in mobile SMS/multimedia or email communications with you to “AWST” or “AWSTel”.

Use of External Suppliers AWS Telecoms Ltd may from time to time use third-party suppliers to provide all or part of a service to you. AWS Telecoms Ltd shall only be entitled to supply such of your personal information as is necessary to enable them to provide the relevant service to you. You should be aware that such outside service providers might be based in countries outside the European Union whose laws provide for a different standard of protection for your personal data than that provided under English law.

Deregistration You may at any time deregister from AWS Telecoms Ltd by emailing unsubscribe in your subject line to unsubscribe@awstelecoms.com

The consequences of deregistration are that your account details will be placed in a suppression file and you will not receive any further email communications from AWS Telecoms Ltd.

Legal Requirements to Provide Data Except as provided above AWS Telecoms Ltd will not provide your personal information to any third-party without your prior consent, however, under certain circumstances the force of law may require the provision of information to the legal authorities. In order to maintain the integrity of its data and safeguard the interests of its subscribers AWS Telecoms Ltd will comply with any such legally binding request.

Security Of The Internet The Internet is not a 100% secure medium for communication and, accordingly AWS Telecoms Ltd cannot guarantee the security of any information you send to AWS Telecoms Ltd via the Internet. AWS Telecoms Ltd is not responsible for any loss or damage you or others may suffer as a result of the loss of confidentiality of such information.

Law This Agreement including the consequences and termination hereof and any proceedings pursuant hereto shall be construed and governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands and the Parties hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the British Virgin Island Courts.
